Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment, part of the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism, in cooperation with Dubai Chambers, has announced the launch of the “Win Your Home in Dubai” campaign. The initiative is being held for the first time at a citywide level, giving citizens, residents and visitors the opportunity to turn their everyday purchases into a chance to win a home in the emirate.

The campaign reflects Dubai’s position as a city of opportunity and a destination that continues to offer experiences beyond traditional shopping. Through this initiative, spending in the retail sector is linked to a real opportunity that could help winners take an important step toward stability and home ownership in one of the world’s leading cities for living, working and investing.

The “Win Your Home in Dubai” campaign will run from May 22 to August 30, 2026, over a period of 12 weeks. During this time, every shopper who spends AED 500 or more at a participating store will receive an entry into the draw. The campaign is open to UAE residents and visitors aged 18 and above.

The campaign includes 12 residential units in Dubai, offered by Binghatti Developers, the exclusive real estate partner of the initiative. The prizes include 11 studio apartments and one two-bedroom apartment, making the campaign one of Dubai’s notable promotional initiatives connecting the retail and real estate sectors.

A studio apartment will be awarded every week throughout the campaign, while the two-bedroom apartment will be the grand prize in the final draw during the last week. To participate, shoppers need to spend AED 500 or more at one of the participating stores, scan the QR code displayed on the official campaign promotional materials, and upload the purchase receipt to confirm their entry.

Each additional spend of AED 500 or more gives participants another chance to enter the draw. All entries will remain valid throughout the campaign period, which means early registration allows participants to stay in the weekly draws through to the final draw, while repeated purchases can further increase their chances of winning.

The campaign will see the participation of more than 1,000 brands across over 3,500 stores throughout Dubai, reflecting the strength of the emirate’s retail sector and the wide range of choices available to shoppers. This broad participation is also expected to support commercial activity in shopping malls and retail destinations, especially as the campaign coincides with key seasons such as Eid Al Adha, the 3 Day Super Sale, and Dubai Summer Surprises.
