Dubai’s real estate market has seen the sale of a luxury off-plan apartment worth AED 356.2 million in Jumeirah Second, underlining the steady demand for high-end homes across the emirate.
Data from the Dubai REST app, part of the Dubai Land Department, shows the apartment covers about 31,200.85 square feet (roughly 2,898.63 square meters), with an average price of more than AED 11,417 per square foot. The property is part of the “Aman Residences Dubai” project, known as one of the city’s premium developments.
The deal reflects the continued interest in off-plan luxury properties, especially among investors looking for new projects that combine quality design with modern living.
