Further building on the achievement of its first phase, Arabian Hills Real Estate Development has also announced the second phase of the Arabian Hills Estate, which is a flagship AED 22 billion project. The area is impressive as it covers an area of 244 million square feet and is located along the Dubai-Al Ain Road, approximately an hour’s drive from Burj Khalifa vicinity.
