Dubai Real Estate Transactions Reach AED 14 Billion in One Week

Real estate transactions registered with the Dubai Land Department reached around AED 14 billion in one week, generated through 3,705 deals, reflecting the continued strong activity across Dubai’s property market.

The transactions included more than 2,456 property sales worth AED 6.7 billion, along with 1,079 mortgage deals valued at a combined AED 6.2 billion. The department also recorded 170 gift transactions with a total value of approximately AED 1.1 billion.

More Than 2,000 Residential Unit Sales in Dubai

Sales transactions recorded during the week were spread across several property categories, including 186 land sales, 2,095 residential unit sales, and 175 building sales.

Mortgage transactions included 238 mortgages on land plots, 707 mortgages on residential units, and 134 mortgages on buildings.

The figures highlight continued activity across different segments of Dubai’s real estate market, with residential units accounting for a significant share of the transactions completed during the week.

Ready Property Sales Reach AED 3.5 Billion

Sales of ready properties in Dubai reached around AED 3.5 billion during the week, resulting from 867 transactions.

Meanwhile, off-plan property sales totaled approximately AED 3.1 billion across 1,589 transactions, reflecting continued demand for properties under development alongside completed homes and commercial assets.

The figures show solid activity across both segments, with buyers and investors continuing to explore the wide range of opportunities available in Dubai’s real estate market.

Business Bay Leads Dubai Property Sales

Business Bay ranked first among Dubai areas in terms of weekly property sales value, recording transactions worth approximately AED 397 million.

Airport City came in second with sales of AED 261 million, followed by Al Yufrah 1 with AED 259 million.

Al Hebiah First ranked fourth with sales reaching AED 227 million, while Dubai Hills placed fifth with property sales valued at AED 216 million.

AED 600 Million Mortgage Deal in Business Bay

Business Bay also recorded a mortgage transaction involving a residential land plot valued at AED 600 million, making it one of the most notable transactions registered during the week.

The area also saw the sale of an under-construction office unit in the “Lumena by Omniyat” project for AED 56 million.
