Emaar Approves AED 4.4 Billion Special Distribution
Emaar Properties’ board of directors had approved, during a meeting held on September 16, 2026, a one-time special distribution worth a total of AED 4.4 billion to shareholders.
The proposed special distribution amounts to AED 0.50 per share and would be paid in addition to the company’s regular annual dividend distributions.
The distribution remains subject to shareholder approval at a general assembly meeting, as well as any required regulatory approvals.
The company said details regarding the entitlement date and the payment date would be announced at the appropriate time.
