DIP Holding Sets Final IPO Price at AED 1.12 per Share

DIP Holding has announced a final offer price of AED 1.12 per share for its initial public offering (IPO) on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM), following the successful completion of the bookbuilding and subscription process on November 3, 2026.

The offering is valued at approximately AED 1.9 billion ($529 million), giving the company an expected market capitalization of around AED 9.7 billion ($2.6 billion) upon listing. The IPO attracted strong interest from local, regional and international investors, with demand exceeding the number of shares offered several times over.

Investment Corporation of Dubai, the selling shareholder, offered 1.735 billion existing ordinary shares, representing 20% of DIP Holding’s issued share capital. The corporation will retain an 80% stake in the company following completion of the offering. As all shares offered are existing shares owned by the selling shareholder, the net proceeds will go to Investment Corporation of Dubai.

At the final offer price, the company is expected to deliver a dividend yield of approximately 7.5% upon listing, based on projected annual cash dividends of AED 725 million for the 2027 financial year.

DIP Holding plans to distribute annual cash dividends of AED 700 million for 2026, AED 725 million for 2027 and AED 750 million for 2028. The company intends to make payments twice a year, subject to the Board of Directors’ recommendation, shareholder approval and applicable regulatory requirements.

The first dividend payment following the IPO is expected in April 2027, amounting to AED 350 million for the second half of 2026. Eligible shareholders will receive dividends covering the entire six-month period, rather than only the period following the company’s listing.

Listing on Dubai Financial Market

DIP Holding expects to complete the offering and begin trading its ordinary shares on the Dubai Financial Market on November 11, 2026, under the ticker symbol “DIP” and International Securities Identification Number (ISIN) “AEE02089D257”.

The planned listing remains subject to market conditions and the necessary regulatory approvals in the UAE, including approval for the shares to be listed and traded on the exchange.

Both DIP Holding and Investment Corporation of Dubai, as the selling shareholder, will be subject to a 180-day lock-up period following the listing, with customary exceptions applying.
