Gold and silver prices in the UAE rose during Friday’s trading, the final session of the week, as precious metals continued their positive performance following the gains recorded in the previous session.
The increase covered the main gold grades traded in the local market, alongside higher silver prices, as precious metals continued to show positive price movements.
Gold Prices in the UAE Today
The price of 24-karat gold rose to AED 526.25 per gram, compared with AED 518 during the previous day’s trading, an increase of AED 8.25 per gram.
The price of 22-karat gold also increased to AED 487.25 per gram, while 21-karat gold reached AED 467.25 per gram. Meanwhile, 18-karat gold was priced at AED 400.50 per gram.
Gold prices in the UAE therefore continued to move higher in the final trading session of the week, with gains recorded across the main gold grades available in the local market.
Silver Prices Rise in the UAE
Silver prices in the UAE also moved higher during Friday’s trading, with the price per gram reaching AED 7.85.
The price of a silver ounce stood at AED 244.29, while the price of one kilogram reached AED 7,854.10.
