Mohammed Bin Rashid Aerospace Hub at Dubai South is continuing construction work on its new Suppliers Complex as part of plans to expand its infrastructure and meet growing demand from aviation companies looking to establish or expand their operations at Dubai South.

The new complex builds on the success of the existing Suppliers Complex, which is the region’s first integrated vertical facility dedicated to aircraft parts maintenance and storage. The new development also forms part of the ongoing expansion of the aircraft parts supply and repair area.

The facility is scheduled to open by the end of 2026, providing additional space for companies operating across different areas of the aviation industry and further strengthening the hub’s capacity to accommodate specialized businesses and service providers.

The new Suppliers Complex will provide 88 leasable units across three floors, dedicated to maintenance service providers, aircraft parts traders, and companies operating in the aviation sector.

The project also supports the continued expansion of the aircraft parts supply and repair area while strengthening the range of services available to companies based at Dubai South.
