Grovy Real Estate Development has announced the start of main construction works on Ramada Residences by Wyndham on Dubai Islands, marking the luxury residential project’s transition into a new phase of execution and development.

The project is being developed in partnership with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts and U Square Luxe Properties, the landowner and development partner, as part of a collaboration aimed at delivering an integrated residential project that combines quality design, hotel-style services, and modern amenities.

The start of the main construction works follows the signing of the partnership agreement with Wyndham, as well as the unveiling of the project’s show apartment earlier this year.

With preliminary works now completed and structural construction underway, the project has entered a key phase of its development schedule, reflecting continued progress in line with the approved plans.

Grovy Real Estate Development has appointed Jasira Building Contracting as the project’s main contractor. The Dubai-based company, which has been operating in the emirate since 2018, will oversee the construction of the development through to completion.

The move into the main construction phase reflects tangible progress in the delivery of the project, with continued focus on maintaining the planned schedule and closely monitoring each stage of development.

Furnished Apartments and Penthouses on Dubai Islands

Ramada Residences by Wyndham on Dubai Islands will feature a diverse selection of residential units, including one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, in addition to four-bedroom penthouses.

All residences are scheduled to be delivered fully furnished, providing homeowners and residents with a complete living experience while also making the units more convenient for both personal use and investment purposes.

The project will also offer hotel-style services and operations in line with Wyndham’s standards and approved quality system, adding an extra level of comfort and service within a modern residential environment.
