In this context, JAD Global Real Estate Development has officially laid the foundation stone for its new residential project, “JAD 288,” marking the beginning of construction works. The company also announced the appointment of Al Safa Contracting as the main contractor for the project, signaling the transition from planning to the execution phase.

“JAD 288” represents the company’s second project in the Jumeirah Garden City area and forms part of JAD Global’s ongoing expansion strategy within Dubai’s dynamic real estate sector. The project’s value exceeds AED 400 million, bringing the total value of the company’s active development portfolio to approximately AED 2.2 billion. These projects are distributed across several strategic locations in Dubai, including Jumeirah Garden City, Al Jaddaf, and Jumeirah Village Circle.

The development will feature 288 residential units spread across three buildings. The project has been designed with a modern architectural vision focused on enhancing residents’ quality of life. It incorporates principles of neuroarchitecture, an emerging design approach that connects architectural planning with human well-being, aiming to create living spaces that promote comfort, balance, and overall wellness.

Strategically located in Jumeirah Garden City—one of Dubai’s rapidly developing residential areas—the project offers easy access to major road networks and public transportation, including the Dubai Metro. It is also situated close to several of the city’s most prominent destinations such as the Museum of the Future, City Walk, and Dubai International Airport.

Mohammed Al Sheikh, CEO of JAD Global, stated that laying the foundation stone for “JAD 288” represents an important milestone in the company’s growth journey. He emphasized that awarding the main construction contract marks the official start of the project’s development phase.

He further noted that continuing to invest in Dubai reflects strong confidence in the resilience of the UAE’s economy and its long-term development vision. He also highlighted the country’s commitment to building a competitive and sustainable real estate sector that continues to attract investors from around the world.

Construction of the “JAD 288” project is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2028, adding a new residential development to JAD Global’s growing portfolio—one that combines modern living, connectivity, and long-term investment value.
