The 21st edition of the International Property Show (IPS 2025) officially opened its doors yesterday at the Dubai World Trade Centre, welcoming a vibrant mix of global investors, developers, and real estate professionals for one of the industry’s most anticipated events.
Launched under the patronage of Marwan Ahmed Bin Ghalita, Acting Director General of the Dubai Land Department, this year’s show has already set a new benchmark with over 300 exhibitors from 85 countries, and an expected turnout of more than 25,000 visitors throughout the three-day event.
From residential and commercial real estate to property tech and financing solutions, IPS 2025 showcases a broad spectrum of opportunities for both seasoned investors and first-time buyers. Exhibitors from across the world are using the platform to launch new projects, announce partnerships, and connect with potential clients and collaborators.
“The International Property Show continues to evolve with the market. This year, we’re seeing more diversity than ever—both in the types of properties on display and in the profiles of participants,” said one organizer. “Dubai is once again proving to be the ideal meeting ground for global real estate leaders.”
Beyond the exhibition floor, the event is packed with interactive sessions, including expert-led panels, workshops, and networking events focused on topics like sustainable development, smart cities, global investment strategies, and the role of AI in property management.
IPS 2025 runs until April 16, and is open daily from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM in Sheikh Saeed Halls 1, 2, and 3 at the Dubai World Trade Centre. The show is open to the public and promises a unique chance to engage directly with top names in the real estate industry.
With strong international turnout and an upbeat market outlook, the opening day set the tone for what is expected to be a high-energy event, solidifying Dubai’s position as a global powerhouse in real estate and investment.
