A recent report issued by fäm Properties revealed that total sales by Dubai’s 10 largest real estate developers reached AED 86.8 billion since the start of 2026, through approximately 36,800 property transactions.
The figures reflect the continued strength of Dubai’s real estate market, supported by steady demand from investors and end users, as well as a broad range of new projects across both the luxury and mid-market segments.
Emaar Tops Developer Sales
Emaar Properties ranked first among Dubai’s real estate developers after recording AED 30.6 billion in sales since the beginning of the year.
Damac Properties came in second with AED 16.7 billion in sales, followed by Ellington Properties in third place with total sales of AED 8 billion.
Binghatti ranked fourth with sales of AED 7.9 billion, followed by Azizi Developments with AED 7.5 billion. Sobha Realty placed sixth after recording AED 5.5 billion in sales.
Danube Properties registered AED 3.6 billion in sales, followed by Imtiaz Developments with AED 3 billion. Samana Developers recorded AED 2.1 billion, while Reportage Properties ranked 10th with sales of AED 1.9 billion.
Emaar Leads in Completed Projects
The report also ranked real estate developers according to the number of projects completed since the beginning of 2026, with Emaar taking first place after delivering nine projects.
Damac ranked second with seven completed projects, followed by Nakheel with four.
Deyaar, Dubai Properties, and Azizi each delivered three projects, while Continental Investments, Esnad, and Ellington completed two projects each during the same period.
Emaar Delivers 3,819 Units
In terms of the number of completed property units, Emaar continued to lead the market after delivering 3,819 units.
Damac came in second with 2,591 units, followed by Select Group with 1,502 units and Deyaar with 1,435 units.
Continental Investments delivered 1,294 units, while Kayan Group completed 1,164 units. Sobha Realty delivered 985 units, and Nakheel handed over 898 units.
MAG delivered 654 units, while Dubai Properties ranked 10th after completing 558 units.
Reportage Leads New Project Launches
Reportage Properties topped the list of developers by the number of projects launched since the beginning of 2026, with 16 new developments.
Emaar ranked second with 11 project launches, followed by Binghatti with nine projects and Damac with six.
Azizi, Ellington, Imtiaz, and GFS each launched five projects, while Sobha Realty and Dubai South introduced three projects each.
This continued level of activity reflects developers’ confidence in the strength of the market and its ability to absorb additional real estate projects.
Emaar Leads Projects Under Construction
Emaar also ranked first in terms of projects currently under construction, with a total of 150 developments, followed by Damac with 113 projects.
Azizi came in third with 55 projects, followed by Samana with 44, Binghatti with 37, and Nakheel with 36.
Meraas had 35 projects under construction, while both Imtiaz and Ellington had 33 projects each. Nshama ranked 10th with a total of 25 ongoing projects.
A Healthy and Diverse Market
Firas Al Msaddi, CEO of fäm Properties, said the continued leadership of Dubai’s largest developers across both the luxury and mid-market segments is a clear indication of the market’s strength.
He added that demand is not concentrated in a single area, which points to a healthy and diverse market that continues to attract both investors and end users.
The sales, handover, and project launch figures confirm that Dubai’s real estate market remains on a positive path, supported by a wide range of investment opportunities and continued demand for residential developments across the emirate.
