Real estate developer Binghatti has announced a renewed partnership with the iconic German automaker to develop “Mercedes-Benz Places – Binghatti City,” a visionary real estate venture valued at AED 30 billion (approximately $8.2 billion).
Spanning nearly 10 million square feet in the heart of the Meydan area, this ambitious project will become one of Dubai’s largest urban developments. It is being designed as a fully integrated city composed of multiple high-rise towers that reflect Mercedes-Benz’s distinctive design philosophy and commitment to premium living.
Eng. Muhammad Binghatti, Chairman of Binghatti, emphasized that the renewed collaboration with Mercedes-Benz is rooted in a shared vision of excellence, innovation, and architectural sophistication. He described the development as a step beyond conventional urban planning—a dynamic city blending luxury with innovation to offer residents a holistic living experience in central Dubai.
“Mercedes-Benz Places – Binghatti City” aims to redefine urban living by integrating intelligent design, luxury aesthetics, and community-focused architecture to create a vibrant ecosystem for its residents.
Matthias Geisen, Member of the Board of Management responsible for Marketing and Sales at Mercedes-Benz, reiterated the company’s mission to provide exceptional experiences to customers. He noted that this project is a natural extension of that vision, designed to elevate residential living to a new level where people connect more deeply with their surroundings.
The official partnership agreement was signed during a special event attended by both Muhammad Binghatti and Matthias Geisen. The project is scheduled to be officially launched on January 14, 2026.
With this venture, Dubai further cements its reputation as a global hub for ultra-modern, luxury-focused urban developments—offering residents not just homes, but lifestyle experiences shaped by some of the world’s most prestigious brands.
