Dubai Silicon Oasis, the knowledge and innovation-focused economic zone under the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority, or DIEZ, will host the second Middle East edition of The Doers Forum 2026 from November 24 to 26 at Dubai Digital Park in Dubai Silicon Oasis.
The forum will be held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority, with the participation of founders, investors, fast-growing companies, institutions, and industry leaders from around the world.
The Doers Forum 2026 aims to expand business networking opportunities, support the development of strategic partnerships, and make it easier for companies to enter new markets. The event is also expected to strengthen Dubai’s role as an international platform connecting innovation, capital, and companies seeking regional and global expansion.
A Theme Focused on Creators and Investors
This year’s Dubai edition will be held under the theme, “Where Creators and Investors Shape Tomorrow,” bringing together a number of fast-growing technology companies and leading investors from Europe, the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, Asia, and Africa, as well as emerging innovation markets and hubs from around the world.
Over three days, the forum will provide a platform for companies seeking international expansion, investors looking for cross-border growth opportunities, and leaders in the entrepreneurship ecosystem interested in building stronger ties between Dubai and some of the world’s most active innovation markets.
The 2026 edition follows the success of the forum’s inaugural Dubai event last year, which attracted more than 4,000 participants from 115 countries, including founders, investors, and leaders from the entrepreneurship ecosystem.
The previous edition featured keynote speeches, panel discussions, investor meetings, and workshops, along with networking sessions focused on scaling innovation and strengthening cooperation across markets.
An Environment That Turns Ideas Into Tangible Results
Badr Buhannad, Director General of Dubai Silicon Oasis, said the success of the inaugural edition of The Doers Forum in Dubai highlighted the growing need for platforms that help accelerate collaboration and knowledge exchange across the innovation ecosystem.
He explained that hosting the 2026 edition reflects Dubai’s continued commitment to providing a global environment capable of turning ideas into tangible impact. It also aligns with Dubai Silicon Oasis’ efforts to support the goals of the Dubai Economic Agenda D33.
He added that the forum contributes to reinforcing Dubai’s position as a global hub for innovation, investment, and entrepreneurship by strengthening connections between founders, investors, and leaders in the startup ecosystem from several international markets.
A More Global Edition With a Stronger Focus on Results
Stelios Lambrou, co-founder of The Doers Company, said the forum is centered around people who are able to turn ideas into companies, technology into products, and conversations into partnerships.
He noted that the Dubai edition of The Doers Forum 2026 will be more global and interactive, with a stronger focus on practical outcomes. The event will also showcase the latest technologies and the approaches used by founders and investors to develop, finance, and expand them across markets.
The goals of this year’s edition have also been broadened, with the event returning as a global platform built around a clear focus and a more dynamic format designed to turn dialogue and discussion into practical impact and actionable opportunities for cooperation.
Dubai as a Gateway Between Europe, the Gulf, and Asia
The forum aims to highlight Dubai’s role as a strategic gateway connecting Europe, the Gulf, Asia, and the Global South. It will also showcase the role of Dubai Silicon Oasis and District IO in helping technology companies enter regional markets, grow within them, and expand their operations.
The event will also focus on key trends in the technology sector, ways to apply technologies in modern markets, how companies can expand across different regions, and the mechanisms behind building partnerships and moving from idea development to actual implementation.
The forum will feature a structured program across two main stages, in addition to a range of interactive activities, including advanced training sessions, workshops, panel discussions, networking sessions, meetings, and private conversations.
The content program will combine discussions about the future of technology with practical conversations on building companies, entering markets, and achieving international growth.
Artificial Intelligence and Deep Tech Among the Main Topics
The forum’s key topics will include artificial intelligence, advanced technologies, deep tech, climate and sustainability, longevity solutions, financial technology, digital infrastructure, advanced manufacturing, mobility, robotics, and future industries.
The forum will also feature “CarryON Dubai,” a dedicated investor summit focused on capital within the entrepreneurship ecosystem.
The summit will bring together institutional investors, family offices, venture capital funds, investors seeking growth opportunities, and a group of founders for discussions on direct investment, strategic partnerships, cross-border expansion, and long-term value creation.
The Doers Forum is held annually in Limassol, Cyprus, and Athens, Greece, attracting thousands of participants. It is considered one of the platforms that brings together innovative startups, venture capital funds, investors, and institutions from Central and Eastern Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.
