Following the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, Dubai Municipality has awarded contracts for the second phase of the Al Mamzar Beach Development Project. This phase focuses on enhancing the Al Mamzar beachfront by adding new recreational facilities and amenities, aiming to boost tourism and improve the quality of life for residents.

The project highlights Dubai’s commitment to sustainable urban development, offering world-class infrastructure and services. As part of this phase, public spaces will be expanded, beach access will be improved, and eco-friendly designs will be implemented to preserve the natural beauty of the coastline.
