DMCC and Ellington Launch Award-Winning Mercer House in Uptown Dubai

In a significant move to redefine urban living in Dubai, the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) and Ellington Properties have initiated the construction of Mercer House, a premium residential project situated in the heart of Uptown Dubai. This development is poised to become a landmark in the city’s architectural landscape.

Mercer House comprises two striking towers, standing at 34 and 41 storeys, respectively. These towers will house a total of approximately 600 residential units, including studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, as well as luxurious four-bedroom penthouses.
