Azizi Developments continues to accelerate construction and project handovers across its expanding real estate portfolio, with steady progress being recorded across a number of developments. The company has completed seven projects since the beginning of 2026 and is now preparing to deliver 10 additional projects during the final quarter of the year.
At the same time, construction work is continuing on more than 150,000 residential units at different stages of development, reflecting both the scale of the company’s current pipeline and the fast pace of execution across its projects.

Azizi Venice in Dubai South is among the most prominent projects included in the company’s upcoming delivery plans, as the development continues to record rapid progress in both construction and sales.
The project represents an important part of Azizi Developments’ portfolio, as the company continues to advance a large number of residential projects and units across different areas of Dubai.
Maintaining Strong Construction Momentum
The company’s plans to hand over more projects during the remaining months of the year reflect the continued momentum across its real estate portfolio, following the completion of seven projects since the start of 2026, alongside ongoing progress across developments currently under construction.
