Dar Global, the global developer of luxury real estate projects listed on the London Stock Exchange, has awarded the construction contract for the podium of Trump International Hotel & Tower Dubai to Gulf Asia Contracting Company, marking a new step as the development moves into its next phase of construction.

Located on Sheikh Zayed Road at the entrance to Downtown Dubai, the project continues to advance in line with its approved schedule, with construction progressing steadily as part of the development plan for one of Dubai’s anticipated luxury real estate projects.

350-Meter Tower With 80 Floors

Trump International Hotel & Tower Dubai, which was announced in April 2025, is expected to become a distinctive addition to Dubai’s skyline. The tower will rise 350 meters and span 80 floors.

The development stands out for its prominent location on Sheikh Zayed Road, as well as its design and amenities that reflect the tower’s luxury character and strengthen its position among Dubai’s high-profile developments.

Dubai’s Highest Outdoor Pool

The tower will feature the highest outdoor swimming pool in Dubai, along with two distinctive penthouses inspired by the iconic Trump Tower on Fifth Avenue in New York City.

These features form part of the luxury experience offered by the development, in line with its positioning and strategic location in one of Dubai’s most prominent areas.

Construction Progresses Ahead of Schedule

Dar Global said the contract award follows the early completion of all enabling works for the project, ahead of their scheduled completion date in September 2026.

This milestone allows the development to move into the next stage of construction and represents an important step in the delivery of Trump International Hotel & Tower Dubai, which continues to progress according to its established timeline.
