Nakheel, part of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has announced the launch of the new phase of Palm Central Private Residences at Palm Jebel Ali, as demand for beachfront homes on the island continues to grow.

The newly released phase includes 222 residential units spread across three buildings. The offering features apartments ranging from one to four bedrooms, as well as four- and five-bedroom townhouses. The launch follows the strong response recorded during the project’s initial release in October 2025.

According to the company, the wider master plan for the destination will include a 9,000-square-metre shopping centre, along with a mosque that can accommodate around 1,000 worshippers, helping provide integrated services and facilities for residents and visitors.

Palm Jebel Ali extends over 13.4 kilometers and includes seven connected islands, in addition to more than 90 kilometres of beachfront.
