Meraas, part of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has recently awarded a contract exceeding AED 450 million to Naresco Contracting LLC. The contract covers the main construction of Central Park Plaza, a luxury residential project in City Walk, Dubai.

Scheduled for delivery in the third quarter of 2027, Central Park Plaza will comprise two sleek towers—Tower A with 23 floors and Tower B with 20—offering a total of 212 residential units. The development includes a thoughtfully designed mix of one- to four-bedroom apartments, four-bedroom townhouses, and exclusive penthouses.

Set within the final phase of the Central Park community at City Walk, Central Park Plaza strikes a harmonious balance between urban vibrancy and green serenity.
