Elevix has launched a digital capability hub in Dubai aimed at strengthening the emirate’s position as a regional center for empowering startups across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC). The initiative is designed to digitally support more than 50,000 startups, helping them address operational challenges, improve efficiency, and manage rising costs.
The hub provides a unified digital platform that enables founders to access accredited partners in key areas including financing, compliance, legal services, human resources, technology, artificial intelligence, marketing, and revenue acceleration.
The center was developed with strategic support from Gulf-based business incubator iAccel, as part of broader efforts to strengthen integration within the region’s startup ecosystem and provide more structured growth support.
Deepak Ahuja, Co-Founder of Elevix, said the platform offers organized execution infrastructure that connects ambition with achievement, helping startups scale intelligently and efficiently within a clear operational framework.
Aneeshka Gihani, Co-Founder, noted that the main challenge facing startups is not a lack of vision, but the absence of strong executive coordination. She explained that Elevix bridges the gap between advisory support and actual implementation through an integrated digital framework tailored to the Middle East and North Africa region.
Ashish Panjabi, former President of TiE Dubai and one of the early advisors to the initiative, described the consolidation of partners and advisors within a single digital hub as a progressive step toward the continued maturation of the GCC startup ecosystem.
The launch of Elevix aligns with the objectives of Dubai Economic Agenda D33, which aims to double the emirate’s economy by 2033 through innovation and entrepreneurship.
