Dubai’s real estate market maintained an active pace during this week’s trading, after strong transactions reflected continued momentum in the sector, along with sustained confidence from investors and buyers in the market’s performance.
According to data from the Dubai REST app, affiliated with the Dubai Land Department, total real estate transactions reached around AED 3.73 billion through 725 deals. These included property sales worth more than AED 1.52 billion across 520 transactions.
Dubai property sales were distributed across 455 sales of residential units, 36 sales of buildings, and 29 sales of land plots, reflecting varied trading activity across different property categories.
Sales of ready properties amounted to around AED 885.7 million through 154 transactions. These included 110 sales of residential units, 15 sales of buildings, and 29 sales of land plots. This shows continued demand for ready properties, whether for residential use or investment purposes.
Meanwhile, off-plan property sales reached around AED 632.9 million through 366 transactions, divided between 345 sales of residential units and 21 sales of buildings. This confirms the ongoing presence of projects under development within daily market activity.
As for mortgages, Dubai’s real estate market recorded 155 transactions worth AED 1.92 billion. These were distributed across 79 transactions involving residential units, 21 transactions involving buildings, and 55 transactions involving land plots.
Real estate grants reached around AED 286.36 million through 50 transactions, including 31 transactions for residential units, five transactions for buildings, and 14 transactions for land plots.
Based on these figures, property sales accounted for 40.76% of the total value of recorded transactions, while mortgages represented around 51.55%. Grants accounted for 7.69%.
These results point to continued activity in Dubai’s real estate market, supported by a diverse range of transactions and balanced demand between ready properties and off-plan projects.
