Dubai Real Estate Transactions Reach AED 3.45 Billion in One Day as Market Momentum Continues

Dubai’s real estate market maintained its strong performance on Thursday, July 30, 2026, with total property transactions reaching approximately AED 3.45 billion across 1,029 deals, according to data released by the Dubai REST application.

The figures highlight the market’s continued momentum, supported by strong demand, a wide range of investment opportunities, and rising liquidity across several key areas of the emirate.

Dubai Property Sales Exceed AED 2.25 Billion

The total value of property sales recorded during the day reached AED 2.25 billion through 713 transactions.

Barsha Heights led the list of the day’s largest sales, with a major transaction valued at AED 677 million for a land plot covering approximately 7,340 square meters.

Me’aisem First followed with sales worth AED 192 million, while Al Hebiah Fifth recorded AED 92 million. Business Bay also posted transactions valued at AED 73 million.

The diversity of these deals across several locations reflects continued demand for land and property in some of Dubai’s most active areas, whether for development or long-term investment.

Mortgage Transactions Reach AED 1 Billion

Mortgage transactions in Dubai totaled AED 1 billion through 281 deals.

Nad Al Sheba Fourth recorded the largest mortgage transaction of the day, valued at AED 356 million for a land plot measuring around 1,400 square meters.

Al Nahda First ranked second with mortgage transactions worth AED 121 million, followed by Jumeirah Village Circle with AED 53 million.

These figures point to sustained financing activity in the market, alongside the continued expansion of investors and developers into new property deals and projects.

Property Gifts Total AED 160 Million

Property gifts reached AED 160 million through 35 transactions.

Dubai Marina ranked first in terms of gift transaction value, recording AED 44 million. It was followed by Dubai Land Residence Complex with AED 37 million, while Dubai Water Canal registered AED 17 million.

Dubai Real Estate Market Strengthens Its Investment Appeal

The real estate transactions recorded during the day reflect a high level of confidence in Dubai’s property market, especially as the investor base continues to expand, liquidity increases, and more new projects enter the market.
