Dubai Property Sales Reach AED 379.4 Billion in Nine Months, Second-Highest Level on Record

Dubai’s real estate market continued to post strong results during the first nine months of 2026, with the total value of property transactions exceeding AED 574.12 billion, reflecting sustained activity across the market and continued demand for different types of real estate assets.

The performance came amid ongoing investment flows into the sector, a broadening base of buyers, and continued demand for residential units and newly launched projects across both the ready-property and off-plan segments.

From January through the end of September 2026, Dubai recorded AED 574.12 billion in real estate transactions across 165,018 deals.

That figure represents around 62.47% of the total value of real estate transactions recorded during all of 2025, when transactions reached AED 919 billion.

Dubai Property Sales Reach AED 379.4 Billion

Property sales in Dubai reached approximately AED 379.4 billion from the beginning of the year through the end of September, making it the second-highest sales value ever recorded for the same nine-month period, behind the level achieved in 2025.

A total of 123,416 sales transactions were completed during the first nine months of the year.

These included 104,198 transactions involving residential units, 9,514 building transactions, and 9,704 land transactions.

The figures highlight the continued level of activity across different segments of Dubai’s property market, with residential units accounting for the largest share of transactions by volume.

Ready Properties Lead With AED 196.08 Billion in Sales

Ready properties accounted for the largest share of total real estate sales during the first nine months of 2026, with transactions valued at approximately AED 196.08 billion.

Around 39,320 ready-property transactions were recorded during the period, including about 27,020 residential unit transactions, 2,605 building transactions, and 9,704 land deals.

The figures show the continued level of demand for completed properties across Dubai’s real estate market.

Off-Plan Property Sales Reach AED 183.32 Billion

Off-plan property sales also recorded strong activity, reaching approximately AED 183.32 billion during the first nine months of the year.

A total of about 84,090 off-plan transactions were completed, including 77,180 residential unit deals and 6,909 building transactions.

The figures reflect the volume of activity recorded in newly developed and under-construction real estate projects during the period.

Mortgage Transactions Exceed AED 151 Billion

Mortgage activity also remained significant from January through the end of September, with the total value of mortgage transactions reaching approximately AED 151.13 billion.

A total of 34,910 mortgage transactions were registered during the period.

These included 22,060 transactions involving residential units, 4,223 building transactions, and 8,627 land transactions.

Property gifts, meanwhile, reached a total value of approximately AED 43.6 billion across 6,692 transactions.

They included 5,133 transactions involving residential units, 431 building transactions, and 1,128 land transactions.

Business Bay Leads Dubai’s Highest-Selling Areas

Business Bay topped the list of Dubai areas with the highest property sales during the first nine months of 2026, with sales exceeding AED 20 billion.

Airport City followed with approximately AED 17.72 billion in sales, while Al Yalayis 1 recorded AED 16.09 billion.

Palm Deira posted sales of around AED 12.98 billion, followed by Palm Jumeirah at AED 11.61 billion.

Me’aisem Second recorded sales worth AED 11.5 billion, while Jumeirah Village Circle reached approximately AED 10.29 billion.

Palm Jebel Ali recorded AED 9.4 billion in sales, followed by the Burj Khalifa area at AED 8.86 billion. Mohammed Bin Rashid Gardens recorded sales of approximately AED 8.5 billion.

The figures show that sales activity during the period was spread across a broad range of communities and developments in Dubai.

Dubai Property Sales Reach AED 29.66 Billion in September

On a monthly basis, Dubai property sales exceeded AED 29.66 billion in September 2026, with around 11,430 transactions completed during the month.

The total included 9,744 residential unit transactions, 777 building transactions, and 910 land transactions.

Ready-property sales reached approximately AED 16.03 billion in September through 3,955 transactions.

Off-plan property sales, meanwhile, totaled around AED 13.63 billion across 7,476 transactions.

Mortgage transactions during September reached approximately AED 16.79 billion through 4,266 deals.

These included 2,602 residential unit transactions, 621 building transactions, and 1,043 land transactions.

Property gifts reached approximately AED 4.33 billion during the month through 796 transactions, including 616 residential unit deals, 52 building transactions, and 128 land transactions.

As a result, the total value of Dubai real estate transactions during September exceeded AED 50.78 billion across approximately 16,490 transactions.
