Dubai is gearing up to become the epicenter of artificial intelligence this April as it hosts the inaugural Dubai AI Week 2025, a landmark event scheduled from April 21 to 25. Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the week-long gathering is expected to attract over 10,000 participants, including AI pioneers, innovators, policymakers, and officials from more than 100 countries.
Spearheaded by the Dubai Centre for Artificial Intelligence (DCAI) and overseen by the Dubai Future Foundation (DFF), this first-of-its-kind initiative is set to transform the city into a global arena for AI dialogue, strategy, and solution-building.

His Excellency Mohammad Al Gergawi, Minister of Cabinet Affairs and Vice Chairman of the DFF, emphasized the significance of Dubai AI Week as a global milestone. He stated, “Dubai AI Week marks a major milestone in the UAE’s journey to accelerate the adoption of artificial intelligence across governments and industries. It reflects our commitment to advancing national strategies that put innovation at the heart of future-readiness.”
He added that the event stands as a platform to “develop smart, scalable solutions that serve humanity,” and reinforce Dubai’s position as a hub for top global tech companies and a pioneer in AI transformation—guided by the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
