Chelsea FC has ended its long search for a shirt sponsor, announcing a new deal with Dubai-based DAMAC Properties. The real estate giant’s logo will appear on the men’s and women’s team jerseys, starting with their upcoming European semifinal match.
But this isn’t just a typical sponsorship. Alongside the branding on the kits, Chelsea and DAMAC are teaming up on an ambitious real estate project in Dubai. Called “Chelsea Residences by DAMAC,” the development will include more than 1,400 luxury apartments in Dubai Maritime City, offering waterfront views and Chelsea-themed perks for residents.
This partnership reflects Chelsea’s growing efforts to expand its brand beyond football and into international markets. Over the years, the club has had several high-profile sponsors, but this deal stands out by combining sport and real estate in a unique way.
