Dubai’s ever-growing skyline is about to welcome a new addition—this time inspired by the charm and character of Milan. Azizi Developments has just announced a Dh60 billion project in the City of Arabia, and it’s shaping up to be one of their biggest yet.
The project, called Milan by Azizi, is planned as a huge residential community, covering around 15 million square feet. It’s expected to include more than 150 buildings, offering roughly 24,000 homes, from apartments to townhouses. But this isn’t just about homes—there will also be shops, office spaces, hotels, and parks, all packed into this vibrant, Italian-inspired development.
Bringing European Style to Dubai Living
What makes this project stand out is its theme. Azizi is bringing a slice of Milan to Dubai, not just in architecture but also in lifestyle. Think elegant designs, pedestrian-friendly spaces, and a strong focus on culture and aesthetics. It’s being built for people who want something more than just four walls—they want atmosphere, community, and convenience.
But don’t mistake this for another ultra-luxury enclave. The company is aiming this development squarely at mid-income buyers. With Dubai’s property market heating up and more people looking for affordable, well-located homes, Azizi is stepping into a space where demand is strong and growing.
A Location That Connects Everything
The site is in the City of Arabia, near Global Village and with easy access to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. That means residents will be a short drive from downtown, major business hubs, and even the airport. It’s also expected to be well served by public transport once the project is complete.
Azizi plans to make this a self-contained community, with schools, clinics, shops, and restaurants all within reach. The idea is that people can live, work, and unwind without needing to travel far.
Looking Ahead
Azizi’s chairman, Mirwais Azizi, called the project the company’s biggest ever and said it’s a reflection of Dubai’s ambition to keep expanding in bold and creative ways. Construction is set to begin soon, with work expected to roll out in phases.
