Meraas, part of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has awarded a contract to International Foundation Group LLC, marking the start of the main enabling works for Atelis Tower in Dubai Design District (d3). The move represents an important step in the district’s development as a vibrant destination for creativity, innovation, and contemporary urban living.

The contract covers comprehensive site enabling works, excavation, ground improvement, dewatering, as well as the design and construction of shoring and foundation works. These activities will prepare the site for the subsequent stages of construction. The contract award also reflects the continued progress Meraas is making in delivering the project’s development phases.

Atelis Tower in Dubai Design District was designed by the internationally renowned architecture firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM) as a distinctive 45-story residential landmark. The tower features elegant balconies inspired by the petals of a UAE desert flower.

The project includes a collection of contemporary apartments ranging from one to four bedrooms, in addition to luxury penthouses, all offering striking panoramic views of Dubai Creek and the city skyline.
