Dubai’s entrepreneurial ecosystem continues to expand as more startups take advantage of initiatives designed to support business innovation and growth. In this context, Ahmed Al Room Al Mehairi, Acting CEO of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Establishment for Small and Medium Enterprises Development, announced that 75 Emirati companies have joined the Dubai Entrepreneurs Hub since its opening in October last year.

Al Mehairi explained that more than 100 Emirati entrepreneurs are currently benefiting from the services provided by the hub, which aims to support startups and help them scale across a variety of key sectors.

Supporting the Dubai Economic Agenda D33

The Dubai Entrepreneurs Hub is one of the key initiatives under the Dubai Economic Agenda D33, which aims to strengthen Dubai’s position as a global hub for business and innovation. Among the initiative’s main goals is supporting the growth of 30 startups to become global unicorn companies valued at more than $1 billion.

In addition, the initiative aims to help 400 small and medium-sized enterprises expand internationally by 2033. Through strategic partnerships with leading innovation ecosystems both locally and globally, the hub contributes to building a dynamic environment that accelerates entrepreneurial growth in strategic industries.

Comprehensive Services for Entrepreneurs

The Dubai Entrepreneurs Hub provides a wide range of services designed to help founders develop and scale their startups. These services include sector-focused accelerator programs, as well as mentorship and guidance delivered by experienced industry experts.

The hub also organizes networking events and investment opportunities that allow entrepreneurs to connect with investors and industry leaders. It features a modern coworking space along with a comprehensive digital platform that provides access to valuable resources and information for startups operating in Dubai.

Members can also benefit from specialized advisory services, partnership opportunities for building new ventures, and direct connections with major players in global innovation ecosystems. Additionally, the hub supports entrepreneurs during the company formation stage and assists them in obtaining the necessary business licenses.

Accelerator Programs and Technology Partnerships

To further support startup development, the Mohammed Bin Rashid Establishment for SME Development launched a business accelerator program in partnership with global innovation platform Plug and Play. The program aims to equip entrepreneurs with the tools, expertise, and networks needed to expand both locally and internationally.

In December 2025, the establishment also announced a collaboration with Google to launch an initiative focused on strengthening the digital competitiveness of Emirati-owned small and medium-sized businesses. Through this initiative, companies gain access to strategic guidance, creative support, and advertising tools on Google platforms, enabling them to run impactful marketing campaigns and enhance their digital performance.

Around 30 partners from both the public and private sectors have joined the Dubai Entrepreneurs Hub. These partners include venture capital firms, financial service providers, telecommunications companies, and innovation incubators. Their participation strengthens the hub’s role within Dubai’s broader innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem.

The hub spans approximately 250 square meters and features modern coworking areas, meeting rooms, and open collaboration spaces. This environment encourages interaction between founders, investors, corporations, and government entities.

The hub also hosts a variety of events and programs aimed at knowledge sharing and professional networking. In addition, the space highlights local artistic talent, creating an inspiring environment where creativity, culture, and entrepreneurship intersect.

Beyond supporting local businesses, the Dubai Entrepreneurs Hub also serves as a gateway for international startups looking to enter the Dubai market. The hub provides guidance on company setup and offers a unified access point to key government entities and ecosystem partners.
