Reportage Group has announced the launch of “Verso” and “Epoch” in Dubai’s Meydan Horizon, introducing a total of 234 residential units in a strategic move that strengthens the group’s expansion in the emirate and adds to its presence in one of Dubai’s emerging residential destinations.
The two developments are Reportage’s first projects in Meydan Horizon. Each offers a different interpretation of contemporary living within a destination shaped by waterfront surroundings, green spaces, and easy access to different parts of Dubai.

The development will offer 113 one-bedroom apartments and 59 two-bedroom apartments, as well as two four-bedroom units.
This mix gives the project the ability to serve a broad range of buyers, from those purchasing their first home to larger families looking for more space.
Verso will consist of two basement levels, a ground floor, two podium levels, and 15 upper floors.

The building will include two basement levels, a ground floor, one podium level, and six upper floors.
Its residential experience will be supported by a range of leisure, fitness, and relaxation facilities, including a residents’ lounge, a large swimming pool, and a gym.
The project will also feature landscaped areas, shaded seating spaces, and a walkway overlooking the lake.
Families will have access to a children’s swimming pool, a splash pad, and dedicated play areas, along with foosball and table tennis facilities.
Epoch will also include a retail area and 67 private parking spaces.
