Dubai’s luxury real estate market has continued to deliver strong performance since the beginning of 2026, reflecting sustained demand for premium residential units, particularly in prominent locations and high-end developments.
Palm Jumeirah today recorded the sale of a luxury off-plan apartment for approximately AED 71.24 million, adding another major transaction to Dubai’s active luxury property market.
According to data from the Dubai Land Department, the apartment is located in Como Residences and features five bedrooms, with a total area of around 11,711 square feet.
The transaction valued the property at approximately AED 6,083 per square foot, highlighting the premium pricing of luxury homes on Palm Jumeirah and in upscale waterfront developments across Dubai.
Across the wider market, the total value of real estate transactions in Dubai since Monday morning reached around AED 3.1 billion through 875 deals, underlining the continued momentum and activity across the emirate’s property sector.
