Nakheel, part of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has announced the launch of an exclusive collection of 44 beachfront villas on Frond F at Palm Jebel Ali, as part of a limited release featuring 10 distinct architectural designs. The launch reflects the continued expansion of luxury residential offerings in one of Dubai’s most anticipated waterfront destinations.
The new collection combines distinctive architecture with a prime beachfront setting, offering a selection of spacious villas designed for buyers seeking an upscale lifestyle by the sea.
Five-, Six-, and Seven-Bedroom Villas
The new collection includes five-, six-, and seven-bedroom villas across the Beach and Coral collections, offering a range of layouts and sizes.
Beach villas range from 7,500 to 8,500 square feet, while Coral villas offer larger spaces ranging from 11,500 to 12,500 square feet.
The variety of designs and sizes reflects Nakheel’s focus on offering residential options that match the character of Palm Jebel Ali as an integrated beachfront destination combining privacy, generous living spaces, and sea views.
A Rare Opportunity to Own a Home at Palm Jebel Ali
Khalid Al Malik, Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Holding Real Estate, said the limited release combines distinctive architecture with a beachfront lifestyle and offers a rare opportunity to own a home in one of Dubai’s most anticipated destinations.
The launch comes as development work at Palm Jebel Ali continues to make progress, supporting plans to transform the project into an integrated waterfront community that adds new options to Dubai’s luxury real estate market.
Construction and Infrastructure Contracts Exceed AED 13 Billion
The launch of the new villas coincides with continued progress across Palm Jebel Ali, where the value of construction and infrastructure contracts awarded by Nakheel has exceeded AED 13 billion.
Work is progressing across all 12 fronds, including the development of 544 villas on Fronds A to F, along with 728 villas on Fronds K to P.
These works are paving the way for the phased handover of the first villas from late 2026 through 2027, reflecting the pace of development across different areas of the project.
Seven Islands and 16 Fronds at Palm Jebel Ali
Palm Jebel Ali spans seven islands and 16 fronds, making it one of Dubai’s largest waterfront destinations currently under development.
The project will provide up to 120 kilometers of coastline, in addition to more than 90 kilometers of beachfront, reinforcing its coastal character and creating extensive areas for waterfront living and leisure.
This expansive shoreline further strengthens Palm Jebel Ali’s position as a development that combines luxury residences, waterfront settings, and a wide range of amenities within an integrated master plan.
Retail Center and Mosque Among Project Amenities
Palm Jebel Ali’s master plan also includes a range of facilities and services designed to support the needs of residents and visitors, including a 9,000-square-meter retail center.
The development will also feature a mosque with capacity for around 1,000 worshippers, as part of plans to create a complete community that brings together homes, amenities, and essential services.
