Dubai Real Estate Transactions Reach AED 20.6 Billion in One Week

Dubai’s real estate transactions recorded AED 20.6 billion during the week, through 4,811 deals, according to data from the Dubai REST application, affiliated with the Dubai Land Department.

The transactions were distributed across sales, mortgages, and gifts. Real estate sales reached AED 9.56 billion through 3,613 transactions. Business Bay led the areas in terms of sales value, recording AED 692.2 million, followed by Dubai Airport City with AED 623 million, and Dubai Islands with AED 548 million.

Palm Jumeirah was also among the leading areas, with sales worth AED 473 million, followed by Saih Shuaib at AED 384 million, Majan at AED 279 million, and Jumeirah Village Circle at AED 222 million. Wadi Al Safa 3 recorded AED 179 million, Jebel Ali First reached AED 173 million, Dubai Land Residence Complex registered AED 166 million, while Mohammed Bin Rashid Gardens recorded AED 157 million.

As for mortgages, their total value stood at AED 9.65 billion, resulting from 917 transactions. Saih Al Dahal topped the list with AED 3.93 billion, followed by Dubai Investments Park First with AED 966 million, Motor City with AED 843 million, and Trade Centre First with AED 770 million.

Al Satwa recorded mortgages worth AED 254 million, the same value recorded by Dubai Investments Park Second, as both areas appeared among the most active locations in mortgage transactions during the week.

Real estate gifts amounted to AED 1.34 billion through 281 transactions. The most notable were recorded in Dubai Harbour with AED 213 million, Dubai Industrial City with AED 111.2 million, and Wadi Al Safa 3 with AED 110 million.

On Friday alone, Dubai real estate transactions reached around AED 2 billion through 770 deals. These included sales worth AED 1.3 billion through 545 transactions, mortgages worth AED 538 million through 197 deals, and gifts worth AED 150.2 million through 28 transactions.

These figures reflect the continued activity in Dubai’s real estate market during the week, with sales and mortgages making up a significant share of total transactions, along with a varied distribution of deals across several areas in the emirate.
