Dubai Future Foundation announced the launch of the “Certified Contributors Program”, a streamlined visa and work permit initiative designed to attract international researchers, designers, and policy experts to contribute to short-term, project-based work in Dubai.
Through this program, successful applicants will be added to a select talent pool used by the Foundation to carry out strategic foresight research in key innovation sectors including artificial intelligence, sustainability, aviation, and urban planning.
The initiative offers flexible, paid contracts that allow for remote work, making it accessible to global professionals regardless of location. For those who opt to spend extended periods in Dubai, the program includes a renewable one-year residency visa, available under categories such as remote work permits or specialist visas, according to officials familiar with the program.
This forward-looking initiative strengthens Dubai’s position as a global hub for talent and innovation, building on recent expansions of the UAE Golden Visa, which now includes professionals in creative and digital industries.
For organizations planning projects in 2026 and beyond, the Certified Contributors Program offers a streamlined and future-ready alternative to conventional short-term visit visas—making it easier than ever for global experts to contribute to Dubai’s ambitious vision for the future.
