86 Luxury Property Deals Recorded in Q3 2026
In the third quarter alone, Dubai registered 86 luxury residential property sales worth at least $10 million each. Of these, 13 involved properties priced above $25 million (AED 91.75 million).
Most transactions fell within the $10 million to $25 million range, with 73 deals generating a combined $1.07 billion (AED 3.93 billion).
The other 13 properties, each selling for more than $25 million, brought in approximately $499.7 million (AED 1.84 billion).
While these higher-priced homes made up around 15% of the quarter’s luxury property transactions, they accounted for nearly 32% of the total sales value.
Palm Jumeirah Leads Dubai’s Luxury Property Sales
Palm Jumeirah remained Dubai’s busiest area for luxury home sales in the third quarter of 2026, recording 27 transactions involving properties valued at $10 million or more.
Together, those sales reached $546.7 million (AED 2.01 billion). The area accounted for roughly 31% of all luxury homes sold between July and September, along with 35% of their combined value.
Palm Jumeirah also led the market for properties selling above $25 million. Five of the 13 transactions in that price category took place there, giving the area a share of approximately 38.5%.

Knight Frank: Dubai’s Luxury Housing Market Maintains Strong Sales
Faisal Durrani, Partner and Head of Research for the Middle East and North Africa at Knight Frank, confirmed that Dubai’s high-end residential market maintained strong sales activity during the third quarter.
“Dubai’s luxury housing market continued to record high levels of sales during the third quarter of 2026,” Durrani said.
Louis Harding, Partner and Head of Residential in the UAE at Knight Frank, also pointed to continued activity in Palm Jumeirah’s property market.
He explained that buyers remain largely focused on purchasing homes for permanent residence or vacation use, rather than acquiring properties with the intention of reselling them quickly for a profit.
“Buyer interest in Palm Jumeirah continues to come from those looking to purchase a home for permanent residence or for vacations,” Harding said.
