Fadi Ghandour is recognized as a prominent figure in the Middle East and North Africa’s entrepreneurial landscape. Best known for founding Aramex, a global logistics company, Ghandour led the company through significant milestones over a 30-year period. Under his leadership, Aramex expanded into a global operation with over 15,000 employees across more than 250 offices in 90 countries. His decision to take Aramex public on NASDAQ, marking the first time an Arab company was listed on the exchange, opened doors for other regional businesses to enter international markets. He later listed Aramex on the Dubai Financial Market, further strengthening its global presence.

Beyond his corporate achievements, Ghandour is deeply committed to social entrepreneurship. He founded Ruwwad Al-Tanmiya, a community empowerment initiative focused on supporting marginalized communities in the Arab world.
