Dubai-based developer Zimaya Properties has launched Lawncrest, a residential project worth AED 185 million in Dubai Production City. The launch brings the company’s growing portfolio in Dubai to five residential developments.
Dubai continues to draw homebuyers and investors from across the world, helped by its international appeal and long-term development vision. Against this backdrop, Zimaya is expanding its residential portfolio with a focus on practical layouts, carefully considered designs and high-quality finishes.
Lawncrest will house 183 apartments in a 10-story building overlooking the green spaces of Jumeirah Golf Estates. Buyers can choose from studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. The homes are designed to make good use of available space and natural light, while the project’s location in Dubai Production City offers easy access to major destinations and established residential communities across the city.
Studio apartments start at AED 595,000, with larger units available for buyers looking for more space. Zimaya is also offering flexible payment options, while the homes themselves feature modern interiors and quality finishes.
The company said nearly half of Lawncrest’s units were sold in the first three weeks following its launch. Of the five residential projects Zimaya has introduced in Dubai so far, four have already sold out. Its management team has more than 30 years of combined experience spanning real estate, design, planning and construction.
Attention to interior details is another part of Zimaya’s approach. The developer works with established brands, including Teka for kitchen appliances, and has partnered with Technogym to enhance the living experience for residents. Home automation solutions are also incorporated into its developments, with an emphasis on everyday comfort and practicality.
