Dubai South, the largest master-planned urban development focused on aviation, logistics, and real estate, has witnessed the official opening of Dior’s new regional distribution center for the Middle East in the EZDubai logistics district.
The opening of the new facility reflects Dubai South’s growing appeal to international companies and global brands seeking advanced logistics solutions, along with integrated infrastructure capable of supporting supply chain and distribution operations efficiently across Dubai and the wider region.
The opening ceremony was attended by His Excellency Khalifa Al Zaffin, Executive Chairman of Dubai Aviation City Corporation and Dubai South; Nabil Al Kindi, Chief Executive Officer of Dubai South; Mohsen Ahmad, Chief Executive Officer of the Logistics District at Dubai South; Pierre de Maigret, President of Dior Middle East; Anne Borde, Global Supply Chain and Logistics Director at Dior; and Aymeric Joussin, Head of Supply Chain and Logistics for Dior Middle East, along with a number of senior officials from both sides.
Advanced Facility Spanning 7,200 Square Meters
Dior’s new regional distribution center spans 7,200 square meters across two floors and was developed to support the brand’s operations throughout the Middle East, enhancing the efficiency of product management and regional market distribution.
The center will handle inventory management, order preparation, and the replenishment of Dior stores, while also supporting the brand’s growing e-commerce activities in the United Arab Emirates.
By positioning inventory closer to regional markets, the facility is expected to improve product availability and accelerate replenishment across Dior’s retail network, enabling faster responses to customer demand and providing a more seamless and consistent experience.

Dior’s facility and supply chain teams are implementing a number of measures aimed at reducing the environmental impact of logistics operations, including optimizing transport flows and eliminating single-use plastics from packaging processes.
The brand is also increasing its use of sea freight whenever possible, supporting the development of a more sustainable logistics model.
In the United Arab Emirates, Dior also uses electric vehicles for last-mile delivery operations, contributing to more sustainable logistics while maintaining the required level of service across its regional network.

The EZDubai logistics district in Dubai South offers companies direct access to Jebel Ali Port through a bonded logistics corridor, in addition to its strategic location near Al Maktoum International Airport.
