Dubai’s real estate market began the week on a strong note, with total transactions reaching AED 2.8 billion on Monday, July 27, 2026.
According to figures from the Dubai REST application, the market completed 1,363 transactions during the day. The total included AED 2.1 billion in sales, AED 472 million in mortgages, and AED 280 million in property gifts.
Dubai Property Sales Exceed AED 2.1 Billion
Property sales made up the largest share of the day’s activity, reaching AED 2.1 billion across 1,091 transactions.
Dubai Airport City led the market with sales worth AED 177 million, followed by Jumeirah Golf Estates, where transactions reached AED 114 million.
Business Park ranked next with AED 89 million in sales, while Jebel Ali First recorded deals valued at AED 86 million.
Mortgages Reach AED 472 Million
Mortgage transactions totaled AED 472 million through 223 deals.
Me’aisem First recorded the highest mortgage value at AED 79 million. Jebel Ali First followed with AED 37 million, while Dubai Hills posted mortgage transactions worth AED 28 million.
The figures point to steady financing activity across several key areas of Dubai’s property market.
Property Gifts Record AED 280 Million
Property gift transactions reached AED 280 million across 49 deals.
Dubai Investment Park Second topped this category with AED 96 million in transactions, followed by Palm Jumeirah with AED 71 million.
Dubai South came next, recording property gifts worth AED 15 million.
Continued Momentum in Dubai’s Real Estate Market
The results show a positive start to the week for Dubai’s property sector, with activity spread across sales, mortgages, and property gifts.
Sales remained the main driver of the market, while continued activity in major residential and investment areas reflected healthy demand across the emirate.
The latest figures also underline Dubai’s position as an active and appealing real estate market for both investors and buyers.
