Dubai South — the region’s largest integrated urban development targeting aviation, logistics, and real estate — has officially opened a brand new facility for INDU Kishore Logistics within its Logistics District.
Spanning around 23,000 square meters, the facility boasts a substantial storage capacity — up to 75,000 pallet positions stacked as high as 22 meters. It has been thoughtfully designed to accommodate spare parts of varying sizes, while also supporting e‑commerce operations. What’s more, the facility employs data-driven automation to streamline workflows, accelerate throughput times, and ensure an orderly, efficient flow of shipments — ultimately enhancing overall operational productivity.
According to Mohsen Ahmed, CEO of the Logistics District at Dubai South, “We are delighted to welcome INDU Kishore Logistics to our thriving zone. The opening of their new facility reflects the global business community’s confidence in Dubai South’s advanced infrastructure and our ability to support expansion and innovation. We remain committed to empowering our partners by offering an integrated logistics environment and seamless connectivity — aligned with our leadership’s vision to elevate Dubai’s status as a world‑class logistics hub.”
Meanwhile, Kishore Lakhani, Chairman of INDU Group, shared his pride in launching the modern facility dedicated to e‑commerce at the heart of Dubai South’s Logistics District. He noted that completing the project in under 12 months would not have been possible without strong support and close collaboration with the Dubai South team. He extended deep gratitude to leadership and management for their continued guidance, which helped turn the project into reality.
The Logistics District at Dubai South is widely regarded as a model of logistical innovation — backed by advanced infrastructure and premium services. It offers direct connectivity to Jebel Ali Port through a dedicated logistics corridor. The district comprises multiple zones, granting direct access to cargo terminals at Al Maktoum International Airport, the wholly dedicated e‑commerce zone EZDubai, and contract logistics areas — facilitating a versatile, integrated logistics ecosystem.
With this new facility, Dubai South strengthens its position as a premier global logistics hub — designed for efficiency, scalability, and future‑ready commerce.
